KOMADU: KONSORTIUM AGROFARM LEBAH MADU MALAYSIA PROJEK CSR / KEUSAHAWANAN KHIDMAT MASYARAKAT

Projek ini dikendalikan oleh Urban Ecolife Agrofarm, Yayasan Permakultur Ecolife, Entrepreneurs Development Institute Sdn Bhd, Ecolife Integrated Technology Sdn Bhd bersama Yayasan Tahfiz An-Nisaa(YTAN). Hasrat projek ini insha’Allah adalah :

Feature

  1. Membantu mengatasi masalah kepupusan lebah madu yang telah 70% pupus di seluruh dunia. Dengan melaksanakan Projek Agrofarm KOMADU, ianya akan dapat meningkatkan nisbah lebah madu untuk kesejahteraan alam sekitar. Jika kita membiarkan lebah madu ini terus pupus, manusia juga akan terkesan dan menghadapi masalah kekurangan bekalan makanan. Lebah madu adalah polinator utama dunia yang berperanan menghasilkan bekalan makanan manusia sambil mengekalkan ekosistem dunia.

  1. Membantu masyarakat Orang Asli di seluruh Malaysia dalam melatih mereka untuk menjadi Penternak Lebah Madu (Beekeepers) dan juga membekalkan Log / Hive lebah madu. Mereka boleh membuka Agrofarm Lebah Madu di kawasan pinggir hutan yang bersesuaian. Ini adalah projek usahasama KOMADU dan masyarakat Orang Asli tempatan.

  1. Melatih pelajar-pelajar dan lulusan Tahfiz seluruh Malaysia untuk menjadi Penternak Lebah Madu (Beekeepers). Pihak Tahfiz juga boleh  membuka Agrofarm Lebah Madu di kawasan yang sesuai secara usahasama bersama KOMADU. Yayasan Tahfiz An-Nisaa(YTAN) akan membantu dalam projek usahasama ini. Projek ini akan membantu meningkatkan pendapatan serta kewangan setiap Tahfiz.

KOMADU akan menjadi “1 STOP CENTRE” untuk mengumpulkan serta memproses madu tulen untuk dijual di pasaran Malaysia serta luar negara (berdasarkan kajian hampir 80% madu yang diedarkan di pasaran adalah madu palsu).

  1. Sebahagian daripada keuntungan aktiviti KOMADU akan diinfaqkan untuk membina Sekolah Menengah Khalifah Model School di Salak Tinggi, Selangor. Projek ini dikelolakan oleh Yayasan Pendidikan Khalifah (Khalifah Education Foundation / Khalifah Model School diasaskan oleh Almarhum Prof. Muhammad Al-Mahdi Jenkins).

KOMADU: Konsortium Agrofarm Lebah Madu Malaysia. Breeding of Native Bees, Madu kelulut and Apis Melliefera. Joint Venture requirement minimum RM3K per pax, 3 years joint venture or donation.

KOMADU: Konsortium Madu Lebah Malaysia is a Non Profit Social Enterprise to save our bee population in Malaysia as well as support the Orang Asli Community, 2000 Tahfiz schools and help raise funds for Khalifah Education Foundation Islamic Secondary School Building Fund. 

Due to climate change, 70% of all insects including our native bees are facing mass extinction. We have to breed bees to help increase the bee population so that food and fruits production are increase. Bees are the main pollinator of increasing food and fruits production. Insha’Allah we also can generate lucrative income from harvesting bee products like honey, bee bread, royal jelly, bee wax, and many other bee products. 

More than 90% of honey sold in Malaysia are fake. These fake honey uses sugar fructose mixed with chemical flavorings. KOMADU will work with ethical Beekeepers under a consortium to produce real honey from Native Bees, Madu Kelulut and Apis Mellifera.

Real honey from native bees and Apis Mellifera have high antioxidants, minerals, vitamins and other beneficial probiotics. It is good to treat all chronic diseases and also useful as preventives measure against COVID.

1. We have our land and all facilities which is valued at RM20 million. Which can be use these land bank to breed Native Bees, Madu Kelulut and Apis Mellifera. We also have other 20 Beekeepers with their own land bank that is interested in supplying real honey to KOMADU.

2. We are now selling our real honey Madu Kelulut and Madu Apis Mellifera under our KOMADU: Urban Ecolife Agrofarm brand. You can visit our bee farm as well as other bee farms who are member of KOMADU.

3. Joint venture mode: 3 year ownership of 1 beehive at RM3k per pax for joint venture. (Honey beehives normally lasts for 3 years).

4. We have 300 units of beehives for Joint Venture currently. In a long term, we are opening our KOMADU bee farm with ethical beekeepers throughout Malaysia. Insha’Allah we will have more than 2000 beehives within 2 years.

5. Return to the Provider of capital at 8% – 15% Islamic Mudarabah & Musharakah joint venture.

6. Insha’Allah return of RM3K + 8%, i.e. RM240. Payment at the end of first year, second year and third year. Final third year full return of capital i.e. RM3720.

7. Insha’Allah bonus of additional 7% RM210 when business achieve target turnover and ROI meet target. Additional target at the end of the first year, second year and third year.

8. Total payment RM3K + RM720 + RM630 = RM4350 at the end of third year.

9. For those interested to donate for our KOMADU Project, they can get our Madu Kelulut or Madu Apis Melliefera at 20% discount. They will be given the value of honey equivalent to RM4,350 + 20% discount over 3 years. Insha’Allah.

10. Mudarabah & Musharakah agreement valid for 3 years. Renewal of agreement on 3 year basis based on mutual agreement.

11. KOMADU will also be a non profit social enterprise to help raise fund for Orang Asli communities and also for funding Aquaponics Systems to 2000 Tahfiz schools in Malaysia and also funds for Khalifah Education Foundation Secondary Tahfiz Schools in Salak Tinggi, Selangor.
